optimistism meets pragmatism
As a Washington native, born and raised in small-town Sequim on the Olympic Peninsula, my friends and I were encouraged to learn, experiment, and take calculated risks. I’ve carried those valuable lessons from childhood into my career as a Realtor®, property investor, and trusted advisor.
Jobs in the construction industry while attending the University of Washington introduced me to a love of older homes and the pride that comes from ushering in their next chapter. Working with my hands, collaborating with contractors, and envisioning a home’s yet-to-be-realized potential is large part of my personal as well as professional life. Client satisfaction is my #1 goal and my positive testimonials reflect this standard.
I joined Lake Real Estate in 2005. The brokerage was founded in 1982 with the conviction that being an independent firm—away from the security of a nationally recognized brand name—was desirable long before “indie” became a household word. I have a wonderful support network of seven-day-a-week administrative staff, a full-time showing assistant, and my fellow agent brother Andrew Mellon.
When I’m not working, I’m out exploring. My family and I enjoy hiking, backcountry skiing, surfing, paddle boarding, and discovering places off the beaten path—both locally and around the world.
